Monthly Subscriptions: Users may cancel their monthly subscription at any time through the account settings in the app. Once canceled, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of the paid subscription period. No refunds will be issued for unused months of the subscription period.
Refund Requests: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the initial payment for first-time subscriptions only. After this period, no refunds will be provided. Please contact our support team at support@kashmiredusolutions.com to initiate a refund request.
Non-Refundable Services: Payments for services like administrative fees, student records management, or any customized services are non-refundable once provided.
Service Downtime: In cases of prolonged service unavailability or technical issues that prevent access for an extended period, users may be eligible for a prorated refund or extension of services. Such cases will be handled individually upon review.
We may update our cancellation and refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the app and will take effect immediately upon posting.
